Mount Michael Pinot Noir Rose is crafted with 100% Premium Pinot Noir, harvested from the Bendigo and Pisa sub-regions of Central Otago. The wine was crushed and left for an hour of skin contact. 50% was then racked to old oak and wild fermented with the remaining being cool fermented in stainless steel, before bottling in August 2021.

A vibrant strawberry pink hue, dry in style yet packed with ruby grapefruit, freeze dried strawberries, vanilla and orange blossom. The palate is long and full and weighty, bursting with bright red berries and perfectly balanced mineral acidity.
