The 2020 Mount Michael Pinot Gris is crafted with pristine fruit, hand harvested from 15-year-old vines in the Queensbury sub-region of Central Otago. The wine was first crushed with around an hour of skin contact, around 15% was then racked to old oak, wild fermented and went through a partial malolactic fermentation, with the remaining being cool fermented in stainless steel before bottling in August 2020.
