Mount Michael Pinot Noir Rose is crafted with 100% Premium Pinot Noir, harvested from the Tarra’s sub-region of Central Otago. The wine was crushed and left for around half a day of skin contact. 50% was then racked to old oak, wild fermented and went through a partial malolactic fermentation with the remaining being cool fermented in stainless steel, before bottling in August 2020.

Vibrantly aromatic, dry in style yet packed with ruby grapefruit, strawberry and raspberries. The palate is long and full, bursting with bright red berries and perfectly balanced mineral acidity.

This low yielding vintage wont be around long, grab yourself a stash before it sells out.
